THe Cobra Group
Hi There,
I am trying to do a bit of research on the Cobra Group - by searching online alot of people are labelling them as a scam - yet many seem to have been paid, and just whinge about the lower rate of pay? Does anybody know much about this group?
I have been working for them for about a week now (out of curiosity really), and alot has felt off since the beginning. I have a fair bit of experience for my age, and the first 'interview' the boss went into practically no detail on the job, what we are selling etc - just really says hi (and I guess gages who he thinks has a weak mind). Instead they discuss the 'opportunity' and potential earnings (sent major warning lights off in my head).
A few things the boss has said, such as he didnt want to hire highly qualified people as they were 'stuck in their ways' (aka not as young and much harder to con into the system). I've also noticed a few goods that are being distributed you can realistically get the exact same product through the distributor direct.
The company does actually pay you (I got paid - sure its lowly paid commissions, but its a job and better than flipping burgers). I guess the company still does feel a bit off to me, and I'm just doing it until I find better work. Every day we have 'meetings' (as I joke around with another girl in the office, brain washing sessions) where potential earnings are exaggerated by about 10-15%. Everytime I correct the boss, the question tends to be dodged :P It is quite said to see - there are many brilliant workers in the business who got blindly trapped by their own greed - does anybody know much about this company?
A real scam? Or just a lowly paying company with unethical recruiting procedures?
Thanks

Re: THe Cobra Group
You might find some leads on them by searching here: http://groups.msn.com/DSMAXTheAftermath
Otherwise, whether it is a "scam" or not solely depends on your own definition of a scam. At least you know what you've gotten yourself into and are looking for something better. Just beware, because some people have all intentions of quitting but then find themselves trapped by their own "greed" as you put it.

Re: THe Cobra Group
Thanks for the link.
For me it was only ever temporary cash, but im flying up their ranks - I just find it amusing that im a 'stage three' (about to go to four) and im still on barely over 400 / week. They seem to trap people in due to their greed.
I am more concerned about the validity of their claims - as far as I can tell most of them are overblown and un-achievable?

Re: THe Cobra Group
I don't think it's a scam. Something is only a scam when you don't know what your getting into!! Anyone who has had any experience with cobra will always have known from the start that it is comm only, obviously that means that you only get paid what you earn. For some of us that will equate to not a lot, especially if sales is not your strong point, however for others it can & does mean they earn considerably more than in a conventional job. The ones who complain are usually from the first group. So, I agree that people a fueled by their own greed, but what's wrong with that - Nothing!! In general, I think that the cobra group offers great "opportunities" for everyone as it doesn't discriminate against those with less experience or qualifications. It also insists that everyone proves themselves in each area of the business from entry level sales right through to business administration and accounts management. So, really you get what you deserve and if you feel that you've been scammed then I guess that's what you earned! Learn from it, move on and leave the rest of us to make up our own minds!

Hey buddy, just got out of Cobra. Just wanted to warn you not to get taken in by 'flying up their ranks.' EVERYBODY gets told how they're one of the fastest promoted people, because EVERYBODY does get promoted fast, thats how they keep you. I know because I told people that. Just out of interest, who's your owner?

Re: THe Cobra Group
I got interviewed and got the job on Friday, i worked monday and truesday and now i've quit...it's completely wrong and unethical what they are doing and yeah you COULD progress if you are willing to be a complete pushover, overworked and VERY underpaid for at least 2 years! if you want to have a life and follow your dreams, DO NOT get trapped with this company...the rewards and not worth the effort. i worked out that you'll work 66 hours a week on average and for that work if you do manage to get £320 you will be earning £4.84 an hour, which is less than minimum wage.
it annoyed me that most of the people working there were kids, they hadn't finished highschool or that ones that had hadn't been to college or uni and they were getting ripped off to line the pockets of the people above them...steer clear of pyramid schemes, unless you're one of the first ones in, you won't make much.
I FEEL SO GOOD TODAY!!!

how dare anyone defend cobra on this forum- i think the poster above belongs to the scum - stuck up twats who think cobra is the best thing ever - like the c***s who work for them - only a loser would work for them - no matter how much money they make! - i would personally shoot any 'managing director' of any branch of cobra!

Re: THe Cobra Group
Dear all,
My boyfriend has just started working at this company. He has been out of work so is desperate for money though I really don't think this is the way he should go. He went for an interview and then was asked back the next day to work a full 10 hour day for no money, but they call it an observation day. Anyway he got the job after being told how good he was and started the next Monday, since then he has been working a full week from 10am till 11pm on occasions as a 'training' week which he has not yet been paid for. Will he get paid for this? Also he has not recieved a card yet which apparently he needs to start earning commission, this was promised nearly a week ago but now he won't get it until the end of this week, that's two weeks work at 70 hours a week for no money whatsoever.
If you have been through this did you get paid for your training and how much was it?
I'm more than worried about this job because he is better than door to door sales. Not only that it's tough not seeing him until so late, i work full-time and staying up that late is so difficult especially as he wants to eat together. This week still not having sold a thing or been paid anything they want him to take a road trip to Nottingham from London on the weekend, again this he will not be paid for. I do not want to lose my boyfriend to these people, worst off he hasn't seen his friends in 3 weeks and his parents are really worried about him too. Eating crap all day and not coming in until 11 cannot be good for anyone, he will lose everything. Is there anyone that wishes they were told about this sooner so that they could have walked out straight away?
I know I sound like a nagging girlfriend but i love him and so does his family and we want him back.
Let me know your comments x

Re: THe Cobra Group
He hasn't had a letter no. I showed him all the bad reports, this is what happened -
First reaction was '**** what do i do?' Then all night worrying about it then he went in to work the next day and said he would ask some questions. He came home last night and was yet again taken by all of their bull****! It's crazy I can't blieve this is happening, yet again he didn't get in till 10:30, he spent the day in bloody ESSEX! and yes he drove and no he still hasn't been paid, i think they are giving him drugs!
What struck me as strange was that a girl was on an observation day yday with him and two other guys, she didn't bat an eyelid that she was put in a car with 3 blokes and driven to Essex then taken around houses all day??? I can't believe how stupid these people are including (and i hate to say this) my boyfriend, this is how clever they are! If you read this and you have just started then please don't go in tomorrow just quit!
Worst of all none of the employees are paying tax, this is fraud!
My boyfriends excuse for the barrage of rip off reports is that they were stage 3 and must have been crap - I have found one who was a stage four saving to be a store owner, his story isn't so pleasant either!

avoid At All Costs! They Promise You The Earth But Really All You Are Doing Is Making Money For The People Above You. I Lasted 2 Days After The Trial Day Before I Was Sure Of What An Awful Scam They Are Pulling, Thankfully I Met 1 Honest Person There Who Said She Has Been There For 3 Months And They Have Promised Her Bonds. She Said Most Days She Makes No Money Whatsoever And What She Has Made She Hasn't Received Yet. There Is Only Potential There If You Are Willing To Lie, Cheat And Steal From Those Below You

Re: THe Cobra Group
I worked for them a few years back in Hanley, Stoke on Trent...I don't remember the names of the people but they all seemed really nice and encouraging...yes, I had no idea what the job was so turned up for an observation day in heels and ended up with my feet killing me after walking round for 8 hours. No, you don't get paid ANYTHING unless u get a sale so training is unpaid i'm afraid.
The day starts at 10am where u have ur little chats and get 'psyched up' (or brain washed) then u go out around 11-12 in someone's car (which u don't get fuel money for except off ur colleagues who occasionally chip in) U knock on doors for 8 hours...100 doors, then back over them again to get the ones where people weren't in. Try and sign people up (who are as gullable as u are for joining the damn company) for what u have to say is £1 a week...but was actually £5 per month min...the more the better...and then go back to the office to fill in ur extra paperwork and get people to run around in circles clapping etc coz they got over 5 sign ups and get brain washed again.
Now from what I can remember, for charities which is what I did, for each sign up the company would get something like £25...u would get £13 of that but £5 would stay in a 'bond' in case anyone cancelled their direct debits etc. so u would pick up £8 per sign up then after 6 months u'd get ur bond back minus the cancellations. Some people did get a decent amount of money but u had to work hard for it. The people that didn't do so well kept being told "u must stay, u can get better, ur a loser if u give up" so u'd stay, not get any better, but didn't dare to leave coz anyone that did was cast aside...nobody was allowed to speak to the loser that left and gave up! So u were scared u'd lose all ur "friends" u'd made...the problem was, coz of the unsociable working hours, u lost all of ur REAL friends, boyfriend etc. coz u had no time for them.
Nobody paid tax, we were told a financial advisor would come and speak to us and help us sort it out but that never happened...I waited 6 months, earned practically nothing then eventually had no choice but to give up...and i am sooooo glad I left...I didn't realise just how bad it was til I was looking at it from the outside in a job I had security and a regular wage from.

Re: THe Cobra Group
Just a few other things come back to me after reading a few more forums..."Neghead" is the word that will be used for people that quit..."juice by you"? can't remember what the letters in juice stand for but it's something that's said if u've done well. They ring the "bell" if u've got top sales that day...erm...oh, and the company was "Boss" and the manager Steve something? But anyway...what I mean is, it all sounds really good and it's easy to get drawn in and feel good about working there but the reality is far from good....I found this on bebo, it pretty much explains it all.

Re: THe Cobra Group
As with any forum, anyone is free to post a comment, whether it is positive pr negative, unfortunately most people are only motivated to post when they feel that they have suffered some sort of injustice! So I'm sorry to the user named cobrastinksbelfast if by posting my opinion I have offended in any way and all I can say is, not everyone will agree with you all the time?!?
Anyway, this will be my final posting on this forum as I just can't stand reading anymore stories of doom and gloom. People will always feel hard done by in a results driven industry, simply because whilst it is easy for people to claim they are a " hard-worker", most are not!!
So, good luck to everyone and I hope that people will have the courage to make their own decisions!! X

Re: THe Cobra Group
Thanks everyone for your comments, it's nice to get a varied opinion. I thought i would keep you updated on my boyfriends progress in Cobra -
He finished his training course, was not paid when promised, he then got his badge a week and a half later, this meant he could start selling and earning money, he was promised the training money that week too but still didnt get it, then again last week they promised him the money but yet again he still didnt get it, yesterday he was supposed to be paid the training and for the sales he had made so far.. yep you guessed it, he didn't get. It seems they have made excuses for each occassion.
He has made 1 to 2 sales a day, and has not made sales on some occassions, yet, funnily enough they promoted him Wednesday to a leader. Yet he still hasn't been paid.
These are now his working hours:
Monday - 10:30 till 10:30/11
Tuesday - 10 - 10:30/11
Wednesday - 10 - 10:30/11:30
Thursday - (leader meeting) 9-10:30 (then leader gathering down the pub) 12 - 1
Friday - (big get together meeting in london) 9 - 11
Saturday - 9 - 2 (would be late night but he has football, to let him play he told them that he got paid for it)
Sunday - Now he's a team leader they will be going bowling etc.
He said last week, if i don't get paid next week i'll leave. He hasn't left and doesnt plan to.
God knows what they say to him to make him stay but before he worked there he wouldnt even get up to change the channel, now he's working for free.
Our relationship has suffered dramatically, I hardly see him or his family, when i do i'm crying or i'm just not myself, i'm really down about it and can't say anything without it sounding ridiculous.
Every night since this job his parents have tried to let him know how they feel, this just ends in an argument. He cant see they are just concerned. Last night it was majorly bad and not something i'd like to go through again, i had had enough so i told him how i felt and how unhappy i was and worst still what this was doing to our relationship and the relationship he has with his family. I asked him to leave and if he didn't then i don't know how long i can last. He said he will think about it over the weekend.
They want to take him to bournemouth for a week, not happy but i have to let him go. It's funy because you are all saying that we should help him and try and get him to leave but you have no idea how hard it is. They have either brainwashed him really well or we are just completely wrong and it is all hunky dorey like he says.
I need some advice, if you've been there what could someone have said to you to make you leave.
His parents have already offered him this to quit:
A PS3
Double the money he has made so far
They have threatened him with:
Now he has to pay his own car Ins/tax etc
He now has to sort out his own tax/NI
Constant argueing every night he comes home
I have threatened him with:
If he stays I go (this made some impact but he's gone to the meeting thing this morning which will drum into his head that this is where he should be) So i'll probably be going.
None of the above have worked so far, if you have any suggestions i'd be grateful xxx

Re: THe Cobra Group
I'm currently a crew leader in cobra, and i love it! I was at the meeting in london too on friday, and it was amazing, hearing other peoples success stories and what you can achieve through this business. There is no risk involved, your boyfriend hasn't had to invest any money into the company oR anything like that. Why do people find it so hard to believe this can work? But clearly your going to have to work damn hard for a year or two, it's not a get rich quick scheem, so to get to ownership takes a lot of determination, drive and self motivation and yeah, you have to work long hours and deal with a lot of crap, but hey, at the end of the day i don't think i'm really gonna be that bothered about it when i'm running my own office and can have as much time off as i want. People have their oppinions, and if cobra didn't work out for you then fine, but don't try and talk other people out of their oppertunity. it takes a cirtan type of person to be able to succeed in cobra, don't be bitter if that wasn't you.
If this is something your boyfriend is doing, as long as he feels like he is progressing and having fun, why be so negative about it? Yeah, the hours he works are long, but get involved, get him to set a goal with his owner for a weekend off for you two to spend together, then encourage him to hit his goals. Surely youd rather support yoyr boyfriend rather than bring him down?

Re: THe Cobra Group
yeah allright sweet heart... good that you are doing fine in the company. could you please tell me in which division do you work?? i think i can make a correct guess its the CHARITY division isnt it? why is it that say they have groups and subgroups but every one seems to work only in the charities dept. and why would such a reputed company not sign a contract before they employed some one? y does every company that each one owns get a different name?? i will be happy for you if you not only own your office but have 10 offices. if they grow exponentially why r there only around 200 offices in australia if they have been there since 1988?

Re: THe Cobra Group
Good for you Southern Girl!! And I agree with your advice for atimetokill, I've had to stand by and support my partners decisions in the past, it's not always easy but it's important that you let them make up their own minds, by trying to pull him one way you'll probably push him the other. Do you know which comapany he is with? And who is his owner? I think it is important differentiate between the different offices within the organisation. I'm sure that some of you probably have been let down and felt as if the opportunity was over-sold and under-delivered, but that's not the case is most offices. I'd really like for people to start naming the actual offices that they joined, what division and which campaign. It's certainly not fair that every office should be given a bad reputation.
And as for the comments made by higgy50, I'm sure all the other people on this forum who feel they have been "scammed" will really apprieciate you referring to them as "people with no qualifications and people with little common sense", as much as southern girl and I apprieciate being called "moles".
Good Luck Guys!!

I worked for them for a month its a scam - Higgy50 is right - i was thick and naive enough to fall for it - Young and Ambitious should go and knock doors like the rest of his false sad mates and leave the rest of us to slag them in peace - GET A PROPER JOB!
People like Youngandambitious use the same selling technique to get you to join their brainwashed workforce as they do when they knock your door to sell you crap!
Thankfully i now have a respectable hard working job and dont run around the housing estates ripping off vulnerable people - thanks higgy50 for your PM !

Re: THe Cobra Group
Atimetokill, looking at it from your boyfriends point of view...he's part of a company that has promised him the world and your the evil cow that doesn't want him to succeed. Now, we both know that u just want the best for him but unfortunately he will not see it like that til he's been there for so long that he's in debt and can't afford to pay it back.
I've been in his shoes and it took losing my friends and family and getting into lots of debt to finally convince me to leave...also a few of my friends in the business got sacked for fraud! (signing up fake people to get the initial pay but would come off their bond) One of which was my trainer :) So anyway, that was kinda the last straw so I left...my boyfriend at the time was still working there and it didn't take long before I was cast aside for the company. After I left, I soon realised what a weird cult like setup the whole thing was but when you're there, there's nothing anyone can say to convince you of that.
Don't get me wrong, the system CAN work for those that are good sellers and have the time and determination but for those people that are getting just 2 sales a day (like your boyfriend) then it's probably not the job for you and you're not gonna make it, like me :) I'm glad that I worked there and had the experience and I'm sure it plays a part in the person I am today but if you have a partner and close friends and don't want to risk losing them then i'd stay well clear.

Re: THe Cobra Group
i work in the ****** division, not charities (though i don't see why it makes a difference?) i don't understand why anti-cobra people on here feel the need to be so hostile. Not everyone can get promoted to ownership, if you we're naive enough to believe that then you conned yourself. Of course there's probably only 1 in 100 people promoted, because at the end of the day, it's running your own business. And to do that you have to have blind ambition, and 100% belief in yourself that youre going to be the one to do it. Hard work every day to always be improving and moving forward. Everyone is given the same chance and options, but it's those who really put 100% in, that get the rewards back. And shouldn't that be the way every job works? Not that it should be viewed as a job, it's an opportunity. And do with it what you want, but i'm making the most of it!
And i encourage anyone else working within cobra at the min to do the same, just go for it! What's the worst that can happen? At the end me the day it's still good work experience, sales, managing people, coaching, public speaking, time management, etc etc. As far as i can see there's nothing to loose. x

Re: THe Cobra Group
so why lie then ? - why do you have to be a door knocker around grim housing estates ? why dont they tell you that before you start then let people decide ? i hear cobra group is under investigation for highly irregular practices ??

Re: THe Cobra Group
our office does tell people up front what the job is, but even if we did sugar coat the fact that it's door to door, that's the reason we have 2 stages to the interview, the 2nd being a day with us in the field. After that i'm pretty sure people know what it's about. I've never lied to anyone, i'm quite upfront about the negatives of the job, just promote the positives more. There's no point lying as people will find out soon enough anyway if they start, so why would i want to waste my time coaching someone for a week, if in a week they leave cause they realise the hours are too long, or it's commission. It makes much more sense to be honest in the first place.

Re: THe Cobra Group
It's amasing you only have to check the number of hits on this thread to realise the damage cobra group is afflicting on family and friends of the lost souls who work for them all in the name of financial freedom. Running an office isn't financial freedom you still sell the goods and services provided to you by cobra and don't forget buisnesses do fail.
I started reading DS-max the rip off reports after a family member joined the cobra group and unfortunately everything i read about the nature of the job and its effect on the lost soul has come to pass. Little to no communication with family and friends, living below the poverty line which is minimum wage for working 70+hours a week. For how long will this lost souls find themselves before the realise that companies are meant to cover your travel cost and accomodation, provide paid holidays, sign contracts, and you should not have to use your money to train new recruits to join your crew.
And what on earth is JUICE, Join Us In Company Exploitation i'll rather be that 9 TO 5 loser that gets home at 6pm every night sipping a glass of wine with my feet up while you beg me to cash.
Wake Up people learn your history modern day slavery still exist, your bonds and promise of ownership might as well be a mule and 40 acres

Re: THe Cobra Group
Bunch of daft lookin mongo heads with suits, money driven skanks ...frontal labotomy freaks standing and dancing around in an office listening to "gooble gobble" all day.Juice- Join Us blllllaaaaazzzzzzzzraaaaaaaxxx... (imagine a zombie with froth at the mouth). Thats alll it is,I do honestly believe that they can be easily taken out with one single point blank GUNSHOT wound to the head. They already have suits on so thats good for burial. Im sorry for sounding drastic but those cobra mummies just want to eat young peoples brains so a point blank GUNSHOT wound can RID your local estate of the WALKING DEAD.It will save so many young families with mortgages and the vulnerable elderly their money by being forced into buying a product and friendship nonsence pack of lies. Also it will save alot of dog barks. and leave the estates to the jehova's. Thats pretty much what i/we moral sane majority want for the COBRASIZED ones
The real young people who only need the money and are fully aware of how terribly and utterly sad and miserable it is walking all day need need to run and run -FAST

Re: THe Cobra Group
Man oh man...
I feel so sorry for the people in the Cobra Group, I've been there done that and walked out a better man, that was about 3 years ago(only stayed for 5 months), in Greece!!! I remember everyone saying that they will open about 50 offices in the next 2 years.....hahahaha...actually I am still laughing at them...and still no sign of it (I still have a brainwashed friend that is still thinking he will become a VP). It is really a pyramid scheme but they will tell you it isn't. How dare the people in the organization, manipulate and brainwash innocent people that later turn out to be the most horrible and outdated characters I have ever met...in fact I even saw myself being like that and stop right away. Most of them that work there lose friends, have bad relationship with family and loved ones and a loss of social behaviour. It is true that money can make the world go round but where is it? It is unbelievable how they teach you to treat humans as products and raising and making a force-sale to get what you want. I am currently working as an account Manager in a corporate company and I have reached number one in my department from basically listening to what people need and not what I want and secondly I made capital and started my own company with my own money and not others. They tend to have this greed and fake belief that they will become an owner in Cobra, but honestly Cobra is for the greedy and weak minded who don't believe in anything BUT money...and my friend that is still working for more then 5 years and all he talks about is work, work, work, and work and then i kick him out of my house, he has lost his intellectuality and made his family really worried...and lost nearly all his friends.
My advice to everyone...Cobra is not yours and what you think is yours, it isn't!!!! Get OUT ASAP!!!

Re: THe Cobra Group
Hello
I've joined Cobra Group recently, and I had quit the job today.
It's like a blessing for my new year to come (2008).
The company i joined is located in Malaysia but, its known as Appco Sdn. Bhd (something like Pte Ltd) because the name Cobra was registered by a local Alarm System Company.
I get to know this company from a local Job-search engine.
What attracted me to join this company was that they offered a "Branch Manager Trainee" or "Marketing and Management Trainee" position... I think a lot of ppl fell for that tittle and yea, I'm one them. Lol.
It's like a standard procedure to go through 3 interviews and during the 1st interview, they told me that it's really hard to get the job.. but in the end, everyone gets the job. =/
And when I started working, they promised me 8 working hours per day and 5 and a half days per week but I actually worked my a** off 10 hours per day and 7 days per week. When I brought up this issue to my 'leader', what he told me was that this is how everyne works in this company. If you want to earn more, then you need to work work and work.
At first, I wasn't informed about some 'security bonds' thingy but after I worked for a week, they told me bout this and that 20% of my pay would be deducted for this f***king thing.
I agree with most of you who said that you or your bf/gf have no time for you or your family and real friends because I nvr had time for my family, friends and gf. In fact, what my gf felt is exactly the same as how atimetokill has felt and she asked for break ups a lot of time when we argued about my job. I worked like hell but i realized that I did not earn back what i gave out. I am reeeeeeeeeealllly broke and my credit card bills are flying high because of this damn job; till now.
The reason the company doesn't wanna hire higher educated people is because there're too smart to get brainwashed and scammed. One more thing, even though you actually get to a manager post and have your own company, you're still unstable because you need the people below you to earn money for you and if one day, they decide to leave because they realize HOW STUPID THEY ARE TO WORK THEIR A** OFF FEEDING YOU, you are screwed and you will have to start again from scratch.
This company will squeeze your JUICE dry. Just like they always say .. LET'S .... JUICE ~~ !! So, think properly if you're offered a job inthis company. My advice, don't waste your time taking the job because you will hav no life, no career, no family, no friends, no gf/bf and no f***ing life!!

Re: THe Cobra Group
Hi,
I have a friend who works there. After three years of very hard work she became an owner. She has no life, no relationship and looks like I am the only friend (not working there) left.
She has changed completely: became aggresive (call it assertive maybe) and treets others as objects (you are good as long as you fulfill my needs). Statements she does not like, she just does not want to hear (and these are NOT about her job).
I have known her since more than 10 years and it's very sad for me to say I start to get sick and tired of this attitude.
Looks like she has finally made good money and lost everything else.

What a bitter young man or woman you are cobrastinks belfast.
Sour grapes perhaps? Lacked the charisma or sales ability to progress?
Grow up and get over it. Cobra offers real opportunities for those who are suited and are willing to put in the time and effort for the reward, or were you expecting it to be handed to you the moment you walked through the door?
Shoot any owner, bring it muppet.
I await your vitriol laden response.

Re: THe Cobra Group
I stumbled on this forum after speaking to one of my friends who has left Cobra. I am a littel shocked and suprised at some of the posts. It doesn't surprise me that everyone who is negative about the company are those who have failed. I worked for the compnay and was promoted to ownership. I didn't lose my friends, or alienate myself from my family. I made great money in the field (but also had really rough weeks) and this all taught me the value of money. Yes there are people in the company who are money driven and will go to extrodinary lengths to make money, and ultimately they fail because they commit fraud. Now i admit i'm no angel and there were times that i walked away from a sale and wasn't 100% sure if the customer understood. They have the opportunity to cancel and some did. I got promoted and made good money as an owner. ultimatley it was my descision to walk away and try something new. The talk of brain washing is ridiculous. Obviously you have to believe in the product and the opportunity that is on offer and if you have that passion you will defend it to friends and family. for those who want to moan and just put the compnay down maybe you need to look at yourself and realise that everyone has an opinion, there is not right and wrong. The education earnt from learning to push myself in the rain and snow and when things were not going my way were invaluable and have lead me to be successful in my own right after leaving Cobra. Yes the talk of millions is something that will excite any young person and they will live off that and tell everyone that is what they will achieve. Don't knock enthusiasm and dreams. If they want to achieve something support them. We wouldn't have the net, or electricity or anything that has made our lives easier if the inventors had given up when people told them they were mad! And for the kid that threatened to kill all owners grow up get a job and move out of your mums house and stop making threats you can't keep. If you want to have a pop give me a shout and i'll happily smack the cobra out of you!
