Wow I just got a call from this web site . fifteen dollars and you get coupons. I researched and found only one answer from and employee saying that there are alot of hoops to jump through in useing them/ I asked the guy on the phone and he did not know . Raising a red flag with me so i said no thanks . It was the comments left by people still working there you should know about left to rebut her. so if you know if it's a true scam or not please post everywhere because this is what was said and blows my mind. I cut copy and now pasting this post from an employee .

wow after saying you had a heart and corrected your wrong you just said that times are hard and you did what you had. You are so full of shit it isn't funny! What you are told in training is to read. Did you read? hell no you didn't obviously and yeah you are a disgruntled worker that was let go as a matter of fact due to your issues you were causing in the workplace and to sit there on your butt and dis us workers and say well just look at em is wrong too. Bottom line you are a punk that ran out of chances with the company and by the way you chose an unaccredited site to dis this place which is retarded too. This aint bbb and you are not valid nor truthful. Just because all of us are not like you doesn't mean it aint working for the rest of us.
would you use the sight? Not me.

I used to work for Profinity and was fired several times. It was because I was in an urgent need for a job why my Team Lead let me come back. We handled different calls for the FamilySave and Family Care Plan program, as well as different digital medias and voicemails (the latter charged to your phone bill). There were some customers that would call in to maintain their account. But the majority of my calls were people who didn't even know they were being charged or that they had an account. When I discussed this with team members and my team lead, I was told that customers say that to get their money back and that in most cases the customer signs up to hurry up and get off the phone. There were people calling to cancel Hydroxatone, saying that our number was what was provided. They weren't even aware that there was an account for them in our system. There were maybe two or three people who both saw what I was seeing, but the need of a job forced us to just play along. I had many irate customers, pissed that they were losing out on $15-$20 a month. Now don't get me wrong, I do have a profinity membership. I enjoy the benefits of discounts, free roadside assistance, coupons and more. I only pay $2 a month for mine however being that I signed up while I was an employee. I did not enjoy the many customer calls I received, angry that they had been scammed out of their money.
