When you call the number they answer "Law Offices of Greg Montoya and Tom Lozano". When I google them I find "Marketplace Millions" site about mentoring. Very vague.
Police Chief Charlie Beck has vowed to conduct an exhaustive investigation into the killing, which began when someone flagged down three bicycle officers to tell them a man was threatening people with a knife.
According to Chief Beck, the officers told Jamines in Spanish and English to put down the weapon but instead he raised the knife above his head and lunged at veteran officer Officer Frank Hernandez.

Eyewitness accounts from six civilians, nine police and two fire fighters indicate Hernandez fired twice 'in immediate defense of life,' said Chief Beck.
'This was a very brief moment in time, just 40 seconds between first contact and the time of the shooting.'
Jamines, 37, died at the scene. The police station which has become the focus of the rioting is just two blocks from where Jamines was killed.

I've got to admit The Zionists have a pretty good point when it comes to these fucking ultra-conservative right-wing religious crazies possibly getting to play with nuclear power in Iran.

We have the same problem here in the US, only not quite as far out - yet.

Any nation that could allow this to happen inside its borders has to be viewed with high circumspection.

The fact that this case could have gone as far as it has without being nipped in the bud and shut down hard by their central government is a bad sign.

But the fact that they seem to be finally taking control of the situation is a good sign that some sane adults are actually in charge in Tehran,

This is one more example of why things were far better when our boy, Saddam, was there to keep the religiously insane loons in check... both in Iran and Iraq.

Now, a lot more of them are out of the box.

And it's one more example of why Islam isn't the enemy.

Religious Extremism is the enemy.

Tehran, Iran (CNN) -- Iran has put the stoning sentence of a woman convicted of adultery and murder "on hold," Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast told state-run Press TV on Wednesday.

While the statement did not differ greatly from previous, sometimes contradictory reports from the Iranian government about the fate of the woman, Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, it did indicate continued attention to the murder aspect of her case.

"The sentencing of Ms. Ashtiani for adultery has been stopped and (her case) is being reviewed again, and her sentencing for complicity in murder is in process," Mehmanparast said.

Ashtiani was convicted of adultery in 2006 and sentenced to death by stoning, but her son and human rights activists urged help for her this summer, prompting an international outcry.

There have been conflicting reports about the murder charge, which relates to the death of Ashtiani's husband. Ashtiani's previous lawyer, Mohammad Mostafaei, said last month his client had been sentenced to death for the crime but that the sentence was commuted because the victim's family forgave her.

There is a new company that I was thinking of...

There is a new company that I was thinking of joining because I really like the product a lot. It is unique in the nutrition arena, and although there is competition, the product is quite unique.

To join as a distributor and truly be eligible for commissions, it is $600. I feel like this is a lot, and the way the commissions are structured, I feel like I really have no choice but to join at this level.

I am thinking of just staying a preferred customer with this. It is a publicly traded company that pays out good commissions.

Any advice would be helpful because I am truly on the fence with this one.
Thanks!!

I replied I was interested, but how would I purchase it since I am in California. Response below:

Hi,
As I've previously told you, I'm currently involved in a military program, temporarily based in MA, as I'll be changing it for Afghanistan very soon. Due to military security reasons I'm restricted from leaving the unit's facility under any purpose and have strictly limited phone access. The shipping won't be a problem; military has a considerable discount, so I can handle it by myself, with no charges whatsoever on your account. The car will be sent along with all its documents including title, bill of sale, 2 sets of keys, full service records and everything else you'll need. Because it's such a large transaction, I'd suggest using an authorized third party, as Google Checkout for instance. I've done some research and that's the safest way to do it. That's why, I've taken the liberty to prearrange things with them, using their escrow Google Checkout. I thought you might want to see it there, so I've asked them to allow viewers to inspect the car; but their reply was: "We are not a showroom!" No worries cause I'll grant you a 5 days inspection period (to test drive it) from the moment you receive it, before Google Checkout escrow releases your money to me. The vehicle is located in their warehouse in MA (ready for delivery).
If you are still interested just send me your full name and shipping address. I will forward your info to Google Checkout and they will further notify you about our deal. This way you'll be able to talk to them without any third party involved, and ask all you need to know.
My regards!

Geez.. Things must really be getting tough out there with the economy.

I wonder if this could give new meaning to keeping a "stiff upper lip".
British MP's Wife Is A Sex Worker

http://www.hindustantimes.com/britis...x?sms_ss=email

A British MP's wife works as a prostitute charging 70 pounds "for oral sex without a condom followed by full sex with a condom", said a media report in London. The revelation left the MP stunned as he said: "That's a horrible shock". Sunday Mirror reported that Tory MP Mike Weatherley's Brazilian wife Carla, 39, works at three seedy brothels.

The expose could prove embarrassing to Prime Minister David Cameron, who campaigned alongside Weatherley at the general election earlier this year.

Weatherley met Carla 10 years ago while he was on a business trip to Rio de Janeiro. Sources say that she was already then a sex worker. There is, however, nothing to suggest that Weatherley knew.

After starting a relationship, Weatherley may have bought Carla an apartment in the Copacabana beach area.

Later, Weatherley moved Carla to Britain, where they married in Brighton, East Sussex, in 2003.

Carla's occupation was listed as housewife in the marriage certificate and initially, she put her past behind her.

However, in February, as Weatherley geared up for the poll campaign, she re-entered the sex industry.

During the campaign, Weatherley took Carla to a number of political functions in the Hove and Portslade constituency.

Sunday Mirror reporter met her at a South London massage parlour where she offered to perform a list of sex acts. She then stripped off and danced naked.

The media report said that Carla walked into the room in pink lingerie and said she was "Bea".

She then rattled off a price list - "30 pounds for hand relief, 40 pounds for oral sex with a condom followed by sex and 70 pounds for oral sex without a condom followed by full sex with a condom".

She also spoke about two brothels where she works - North Cheam Massage and Intimate Massage in Bedford.

"I started working in Bedford in February, but it is very far away. Here we have two houses, this one and one in Cheam. And I work there at the moment. I cover for my friend because she's on holiday. I work on Thursday there and on Friday in London. Then, when she is back, I will work on Mondays. Thursdays here, Mondays there," she was quoted as saying.

She added: "I like it here, nice clients, nice people, nice place and good money."

Weatherley said he was not aware that his wife was a prostitute and added: "Oh no. It's a bit of a shock. We separated in February and I had absolutely no idea at all. We've kept in touch and have lunch together every week so we're still good friends."

"That's a horrible shock... thank you for letting me know."

Hi all, this is my first post on here.

Through...

Hi all, this is my first post on here.

Through the years I've received the occasional scam/phishing email that most people get, had a chuckle and deleted them. No big deal.

Over the past couple of months, however, I've started to receive a slew of Nigerian- Lottery- Banking-type offers, between 20-30 each day from countries around the world, wanting to make me a rich bloke.

These seem to be generated from a single source, the return email addresses are different and the writing styles also seem to be written by different people. Could be a scam hub.

Importantly, these are all directed to my main email address, which is known to perhaps 100 people. The addresses I use for general www and as disposables for suspect sites and forums, tend to receive the occasional scammy mail but nothing out of the ordinary.

It appears that someone I have trusted with my main address has registered it with a scam hub/generator/list.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there some way to identify the common source of these 'offers'?
Can anyone suggest the action to remove my compromised address from whichever mailing list/s it is obviously on?

Actual copy and paste from scammer selling a car...

Actual copy and paste from scammer selling a car on *****slist.org

I liked the car. The price was too good to be true but in a Military town things do happen. I got a $1900 scooter for $300 from a guy laid off and who was moving in 2 days. I still have that so being a bargain hunter I responded to 2 ads.
http://sandiego.*****slist.org/csd/cto/1940908602.html - this one was better concealed until a few email were exchanged. My back and forth are posted below.
http://sandiego.*****slist.org/csd/ctd/1935696267.html After I sent the email I realized the pictures are not from San Diego, we don't have thick sections of trees like that and not a single palm tree in the distance, I knew it was a scam. I'm still waiting for responses from this one but expect a similar experience.
1 from me: do you still have the odyssey?
2 from him: From: Jimmy [mailto:premium@salesax.com]
Subject: Re: very nice honda odyssey from 2001 oaou - $2800 (san diego)

Hello and thank you for your interest in purchasing my car. The vehicle is in very good condition, no scratches, dings or dents and never been involved in any accidents. The engine oil was changed regularly as the owner's manual specifies. The transmission was replaced under warranty at 152k miles and we also changed the timing belt then.I'm the
first owner, I'm looking to sell it by 15.09.2010 as I need to pay the bank, because they threaten me that they will take my house. The price is the one listed on the site,
$2,900 US and if you are really interested in purchasing it, I will sell it to you and I will cover all shipping and insurance charges to your location.

I recently moved with my job in Alaska and the car is here with me, for the transaction, we will use eBay Motors buyer’s protection program so we can have a fast and safe transaction.

Here is the CARFAX link witch explains everything about this car
http://www.carfax.com/viewEmailRepor...i3&language=en
Thank you and I will wait for your email if you decide to buy it.
3. from me: So why would you already be in trouble for losing your house if you just moved?
I’m interested where can I see the car?
4. From him: I am living on a rented apartment.
The car is now in Alaska. If you are interested we can setup the transaction
as described in my last email.
Let me know
regards
5 from me: Sorry you are a scammer stupid man! If you are in an apartment the bank doesn’t threaten to take your home, and the listed price was $2800 not $2900, the cost of shipping exceeds the sale price etc… I hope someone finds you and punches you in the nose for scamming people who are looking for cheap cars because they are poor.
You are sad and need to repent, God is not happy when you take advantage of people especially those who are already poor!
6. from him: Give me your phone number so i can call you to verify your language. I told you the car is 2900 because i have to pay
for the shipment. We can discuss about this and we can talk about God. I am working now but i will sacrify ten minutes
of my time right now
7. from me: [ OFFERS TO SHIP CARS ARE 100% FRAUDULENT look familiar?
No thanks this is just like all the other scams saying I just moved, in the military, new job, will cover shipping, car in storage, will use eBay buyer protection program even though they don’t offer it for non-eBay items.
Why advertise in San Diego when you are in Alaska? I searched for the same car in Alaska and it’s not listed. $100 shipping? You have got to be kidding me? I’m not stupid.
Your car is not advertised in Alaska! Why? Because you need someone to believe that you are too far away to show the car but have it ready to ship not available to come see it and drive it.
You are a liar. It may be hard to face and accept for you to believe that you are deceiving and bearing false witness to God and man but it is there to see pretty easily. At least I won’t be sending you money and losing $2800 to a scammer!!
Look here: http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-858-408-3555/24 try seeing more examples of your tired scam listed all over the internet. It’s not new or unknown!!

IF YOU GET DOWN THIS FAR IN THIS SAD EXCHANGE I HOPE IT PROVIDES INFO FOR OTHER BUYERS TO RUN AWAY!!!

Just putting this up on this forum in case anyone...

Just putting this up on this forum in case anyone is thinking of joining Stuart Ross's Internet Marketing group. The marketing and talk via his websites and videos I have found out first hand are not what he states they are. This is pitched as a mentoring program but when I joined I found out to my cost there is no mentoring - at least from him. The messages and attempts to reach him went unanswered - and I stll haven't managed to communicate with him directly after 6 months. Yes, 6 months. There is to be fair a certain amount of information on his support site that the gets you going in building your site and blog, but tech stuff is OK to a certain point - what the business needs is guidance in marketing strategy and business development, which is what I thought I was paying for when I joined up. He sells (and then states he will teach you how to sell) high ticket items such as internet training programs and vacation club memberships as well as lower end ebooks and similar. He calls himself a "straightshooter" on numerous occasions in his marketing videos all over the web, but in my experience, he asks you to pay a whole lot of money ($2.500-£3000 at the top end) to join a mentoring program with him as your mentor - but once you sign up, he cannot be reached at all. Not sure what is straight about that. I can go on more about the other things that were mentioned we'd get such as live training sessions for his members and stuff that never materialised, but I think you get the drift so far. My experience of Stuart Ross was not good at all. Don't let it be yours too.
